Produktionsmitarbeiter

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor gravel and sand processing in shift operation to ensure smooth production
• Ensure optimal operational readiness of plants and identify malfunctions early
• Operate excavators for raw material extraction and other construction machinery
• Perform regular inspections of machines and report technical irregularities
• Support maintenance, repair, and servicing tasks in collaboration with the maintenance team
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area and care for tools and vehicles
• Strictly adhere to all safety and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Industrial Mechanic, Plant Operator, Locksmith, or similar)
• Valid Class B driving license
• Proficiency in common PC applications and technical aptitude
• Reliability, ability to work independently, and strong teamwork skills
• High level of safety awareness and flexibility
• Experience in production or a gravel/construction materials plant is an advantage
• Qualification to operate construction machinery is a plus
