Produktionsmitarbeiter

Responsibilities

• Clean the kiln inlet chamber and perform various tasks in high-heat areas
• Conduct quality control through sampling and chemical/physical testing of materials and products
• Monitor, operate, and maintain production equipment and systems
• Perform operational maintenance, including troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs
• Support the maintenance team with various manual and technical tasks
• Execute safe internal transport using wheel loaders and forklifts
• Act as a relief worker across different production functions within a continuous shift system

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical or manual field (e.g., Industrial Mechanic, Plant Operator, or similar)
• Proven manual dexterity and experience in a production environment
• Familiarity with operating heavy machinery such as wheel loaders
• Valid Class B driving license; forklift license is a significant advantage
• Physical fitness and suitability for working in high-heat environments, at heights, and in confined spaces
• Willingness to work in a continuous shift system (Vollkonti-Schichtsystem)
• Reliability, teamwork skills, and an openness to new technologies
