Responsibilities

• Set up machines according to existing product data
• Perform continuous cleaning and inspection of production equipment
• Work according to defined manufacturing processes and workflows
• Conduct regular, simple maintenance activities
• Monitor and ensure smooth material flow
• Develop ideas for the continuous improvement of production processes
• Maintain high quality standards and a conscientious way of working

Requirements

• Experience operating laser welding systems
• Experience handling technical data and understanding documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and MES
• Fluency in German (written and spoken); English skills are a plus
• Analytical thinking skills within the scope of responsibilities
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on high-quality output

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field
• Previous experience working with SAP systems
