Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate the production line
• Perform process adjustments and changeovers
• Conduct troubleshooting and handle minor operational issues
• Perform quality control to ensure products meet company standards
• Register operational and production data
• Participate in continuous improvement and optimization projects
• Adhere to all safety procedures and high quality requirements

Requirements

• Education as a process operator, industrial operator, or a similar technical background
• Experience working in the production or process industry
• Ability to work in a 3-shift rotation (07:00-15:00-23:00)
• Technical proficiency with production and IT equipment
• Structured work style with the ability to remain calm in busy periods
• Strong collaborative skills and a positive attitude
