Produktionsfacharbeiter (Schwerpunkt Ansatz) (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Weigh and assemble solution components according to manufacturing instructions
• Produce dialysis concentrates in compliance with manufacturing regulations, work instructions, and hygiene standards
• Ensure compliant product manufacturing by adhering to quality control protocols and performing sampling
• Conduct in-process controls during the production of solutions
• Operate, clean, and maintain filling systems according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Work independently with PCS7 and MES process control systems
• Monitor water treatment plants and required materials
• Adhere to reporting chains during system malfunctions, errors, or alarms
• Maintain strict compliance with all Quality Management and GMP requirements

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the food or pharmaceutical industry (e.g., Pharmakant)
• Experience working in a production environment, ideally within the pharma, healthcare, or food industries
• Basic knowledge of chemical analysis and in-process controls
• Knowledge of physical/chemical laboratory processes is an advantage
• Experience with process control systems (e.g., PCS7, MES) is an advantage
• Strong teamwork skills, flexibility, conscientiousness, and reliability
• Fluency in German and basic knowledge of English
• Availability to work in a 3-shift system
