Products Liability, Mass Torts and Consumer Class Action Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters within the Products Liability, Mass Torts, and Consumer Class Actions practice group
• Attend court hearings and conduct depositions
• Perform detailed analysis of large and complex document collections
• Provide high-quality legal research and writing

Requirements

• 3-6 years of law firm experience
• Admission to the New York Bar is required
• Proven experience attending court hearings and taking depositions
• Strong ability to analyze complex document sets
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or personal injury defense
• Experience in no-fault motor vehicle or other complex products liability litigation
• Experience in consumer class action litigation
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar
