About the role
Responsibilities
- Bring up 1st Silicon (e.g., PCIe, DRAM, Ethernet)
- Validate all functions of the main IPs
- Evaluate LVCC of the main supply voltage domain and eye opening margin
- Enable high speed interfaces
- Debug issues and find workaround solutions for problems
- Ensure reliability and mass-producibility, including yield improvement and manufacturability of an AI accelerator
- Provide customer technical support and failure analysis
- Perform feasibility tests for software version updates at the system level
Requirements
- Understanding of Arm Architecture, AMBA BUS, and computer architecture/programming
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Python, and Bash
- Understanding of PCB schematics and basic electronic circuits/design rules
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu) and device driver (Firmware) implementation
- Experience with firmware-level IP control or understanding of IP functions and characteristics
- Understanding of Signal & Power Integrity (ODT, Drive Strength, Vref, Setup/Hold Timing margin)
