Productivity Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead productivity initiatives and Lean Six Sigma projects to deliver significant cost savings and operational improvements.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities across Air Separation, CO2, and Standard Plants operations.
• Partner with Production, Distribution, and Business teams to improve efficiency and performance.
• Drive change management initiatives and build support for continuous improvement efforts.
• Accountable for achieving annual regional cost savings targets of approximately 6%.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts on Lean Six Sigma tools and project execution.
• Conduct plant reviews, including operational and financial assessments, to identify improvement opportunities.
• Travel regularly to plant sites throughout the East Region.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business, project management, or operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to aggregate, analyze, and synthesize data.
• Ability to build effective relationships across different levels, functions, and geographic locations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
