Productivity Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level consultative support on collaboration tools and SaaS services
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the planning, design, and implementation of SaaS tools
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools to facilitate business adoption
• Perform technical troubleshooting with customers and vendors to ensure service reliability
• Foster collaborative relationships with SaaS vendors and industry organizations
• Partner with project management and solutions architects to identify and overcome technical roadblocks
• Drive product enhancements and contribute to technology roadmaps

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the implementation and use of IT and collaboration tools
• Strong knowledge of SaaS technology, low-code platforms, and AI-powered tools
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, V Cloud Suite)
• Experience with API development and consumption
• Knowledge of cloud environments and technology
• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to senior management and non-technical users
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure including Windows Server, Unix, Storage, and Backup is an advantage
