About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Engineering budget planning and productivity strategy development to maximize organizational efficiency.
- Manage the total cost productivity pipeline and establish daily management routines for productivity KPIs.
- Partner with Nuclear Engineering and finance teams to guide decision-making and meet financial commitments.
- Establish dashboards and visual management tools to proactively identify productivity trends and anomalies.
- Drive cost reduction opportunities by working cross-functionally with IT, Sourcing, and other business partners.
- Utilize Lean methodologies and facilitate Kaizen events to eliminate process waste and minimize hand-offs.
- Communicate Nuclear business objectives and productivity narratives to key business leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related discipline from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of professional experience within the industrial sector.
- Strong data literacy and the ability to make decisive, data-driven decisions.
- Proven experience with prompt engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in regulated industries, specifically Nuclear or Power/Energy sectors.
- Deep understanding of Engineering functional cost categories and time allocation processes.
- Experience driving outcomes and leading cross-functional teams within large, matrixed organizations.
- Proficiency with modern collaboration tools and a self-driven approach to learning new technologies.
