Productions Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise approximately 5 to 12 inmate trustees in food production, preparation, and meal service
• Provide detailed training on kitchen equipment and recipes
• Maintain high sanitation standards using trustee labor
• Manage food production within a correctional facility environment

Requirements

• Industrial or commercial food service experience
• Valid Texas Driver's License
• Ability to pass a background check through Potter County
• Ability to stand for long periods (approximately 80% of the time)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a correctional facility
• Military veteran status
