Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Follow all production manufacturing processes according to prescribed SOPs
• Prepare and adhere labels to packages and verify conformity to State regulations
• Prepare, process, and assemble cannabis materials into pre-rolls
• Weigh products on certified scales to exact weights
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the processing area
• Assist the production team with daily activities and tasks delegated by leadership
• Adhere to company and plant safety programs, guidelines, and regulations
• Manage time efficiently to meet productivity goals

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in production or a similar manufacturing environment
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid State Issued ID
• Ability to work successfully in a team setting
• Reliable and predictable attendance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
