Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Perform various production roles including Inspector, Processor, Packer, or Palletizer
• Inspect raw and processed pasta to ensure quality standards are met
• Shape, stack, and roll products or mix ingredients for dough and dry mixes
• Pack products into correct bags and shipping containers, ensuring proper coding and weight
• Stack boxes on pallets using correct configurations and verify all codes are legible
• Maintain food safety and quality principles according to company policies
• Assist with daily equipment and line sanitation

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Willingness to learn to input data into computer and inventory tracking systems
• Ability to work 2nd shift (3 PM – 1:30 AM) with flexibility for mandatory overtime

• Prior manufacturing experience
