Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks such as shipping, pipe movements, and operating production machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Carry out duties according to applicable procedures and work instructions to meet productivity standards.
• Operate forklifts, front loaders, and shunt trucks to move, organize, and stage materials.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper use of company assets.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and safety meetings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and ordered work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs throughout a shift.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong basic math skills.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and comprehension).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and a fit test.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift rotation, including day and night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Class G driver's license or higher (AZ, DZ, etc.).
• Valid forklift license or previous driving experience.
