Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Operate various plants and machinery, including mixers, coating, and impregnation systems
• Perform further processing, inspection, and packaging of produced composite materials
• Ensure strict adherence to all quality and safety standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and disturbances
• Participate in continuous improvement projects within the production environment

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical or craft field (e.g., Chemical Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or Plant Operator)
• Previous experience working in an industrial environment is preferred
• Full availability and willingness to work a 4-shift system (7 days a week in 3 consecutive shift groups)
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach to work
