Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Work in a quick and safe manner within the tube and core division
• Monitor and report the quality of manufactured products to spot defects
• Make incremental process adjustments and troubleshoot problems
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Collaborate with other departments and assist teams as needed
• Learn to set up new jobs and train on various production lines
• Perform all duties in support of company quality and safety policies

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Previous Forklift Certification and ability to operate a forklift safely
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive duties, including climbing stairs
• Willingness to work the 3rd shift (Sunday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Availability to work overtime if needed
