Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with other departments and teams to ensure smooth production
• Monitor and report the quality of manufactured products to spot defects
• Make incremental process adjustments and troubleshoot production issues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with safety policies
• Learn to set up new jobs and train on various production lines
• Perform repetitive duties including standing for long periods and lifting materials

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Valid Forklift Certification and experience safely operating a forklift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
