Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Work in the tube and core division to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing processes
• Monitor and report the quality of manufactured products to spot defects
• Make incremental process adjustments and troubleshoot problems on the fly
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, utilizing downtime for cleaning
• Collaborate with various departments and teams to support production goals
• Learn to set up new jobs and train on different production lines

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Valid Forklift Certification and experience safely operating a forklift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive physical duties
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
