Production Worker - Soldering/Soldering Preparation

Responsibilities

• Prepare steel and carbide components
• Solder components using manual and semi-automated soldering systems
• Perform visual inspections of components
• Store and label carbide parts
• Carry out simple cleaning tasks
• Implement occupational safety, health, environmental, and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills
• Ability to perform delicate work with high precision
• Completed technical or commercial vocational training (desirable)
• Initial experience in soldering (ideal)
• Technical understanding and high quality awareness
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Good written and spoken German skills
• Reliable, committed, and team-oriented working style
