Production Worker (Soldering/Soldering Preparation)

Responsibilities

• Prepare steel and carbide components for production
• Solder components using both manual and semi-automated soldering systems
• Perform visual inspections of components to ensure quality
• Handle the storage and labeling of carbide parts
• Execute simple cleaning tasks as required
• Adhere to all occupational safety, health, environmental, and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Strong manual dexterity and excellent fine motor skills
• Ability to perform delicate work with high precision and care
• Technical vocational training is preferred
• Previous experience in soldering is an advantage
• Strong technical understanding and a high sense of quality awareness
• Availability to work in shifts
• Proficiency in written and spoken German
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented work ethic
