Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all quality, hygiene, environmental, and safety requirements
• Take responsibility for production quality and overall productivity
• Perform and coordinate setup and changeover processes
• Independently carry out repair and maintenance tasks
• Develop into a machine operator through structured training and onboarding

Requirements

• Good German language skills
• Technical background or completed technical vocational training is preferred
• Willingness to work shifts (early, late, and night shifts), including weekends
• High level of motivation and a strong willingness to learn
• Commitment to continuous professional development
