Production Worker - Rolling Mill

Responsibilities

• Perform various production tasks within the rolling mill depending on the specific role assigned (Roller, Production Realizer, or Rolling Equipment Operator)
• Manage equipment assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of rolling mill components
• Handle documentation, inventory, and coordination with other departments for production realization roles
• Operate control panels and technological systems for production lines
• Ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety (BHP) standards and proactive safety protocols
• Manage loading and unloading of materials via wagons and vehicles

Requirements

• Minimum of vocational education
• Willingness to work in a 4-brigade shift system
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• High level of responsibility, accuracy, and engagement
• Basic computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a production environment
• Knowledge of SAP systems
• Knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
