Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Perform manual machine operation and product handling
• Monitor and optimize processes for advanced melting and curing ovens
• Operate stacking, packaging, and wrapping machinery
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure high product standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Participate in LEAN programs to improve safety, environment, quality, and efficiency

Requirements

• Proficiency in Danish (both written and spoken)
• Completion of 9th grade education
• Technical understanding or a strong willingness to learn technical processes
• Ability and willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation (day, evening, and night shifts)
• Quality-conscious mindset with attention to detail
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental standards
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or training as a Process Operator or Industrial Operator
• Experience working in a production or industrial environment
