Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Coat and garnish cream centres, caramels, and other chocolate products
• Sort, pick, and package chocolate into boxes
• Meet daily production targets consistently
• Maintain the cleanliness of equipment, machines, and workstations
• Examine products and record results for quality control
• Perform other production duties as assigned

Requirements

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Ability to work consistent shifts and travel to both Chester Street and Kingsway locations
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a team
• Possession of CSA certified safety shoes
• Ability to comply with SQF policies and procedures
• Mandatory union membership upon hire
• Experience in fast-paced food manufacturing or with food machinery is an asset
