Production Worker Pharma (Packaging)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute all workflows on modern packaging lines
• Operate and monitor packaging equipment
• Adhere to work, hygiene, and safety regulations in accordance with GMP standards
• Clean and maintain equipment and ensure seamless documentation of all processes
• Participate in continuous improvement processes within the team

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, ideally in pharmaceutical or food technology (e.g., PTA, PKA, machine operator, or food technician)
• Initial professional experience in pharmaceutical or food packaging (motivated career changers are also welcome)
• Proficiency in using IT systems, specifically SAP
• Fluency in the German language
• Ability to work in a 2-shift system, including occasional night shifts
• Reliable, structured, and team-oriented working style
