Production Worker Pharma

Responsibilities

• Operate modern production equipment for the manufacture and packaging of solid, semi-liquid, or liquid pharmaceuticals
• Monitor and control manufacturing processes according to production specifications
• Adhere strictly to GMP standards as well as occupational, hygiene, and safety guidelines
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of production equipment and ensure meticulous documentation of all work steps
• Actively participate in the optimization of manufacturing processes

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food technology sector (e.g., pharmaceutical technician, baker, brewer, or chef)
• Initial professional experience in the production of pharmaceuticals or food products; motivated career changers are also welcome
• Proficiency in the German language
• Competence in using IT systems, such as SAP
• Ability to work independently and carefully within a team environment
• Availability for shift work (2-shift system) and occasional night shifts
