Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Manage the batch production of high-quality lubricants according to specific recipes
• Operate, monitor, and clean production plants and machinery
• Set up and equip production systems based on production orders and specifications
• Perform quality control and document all production steps
• Contribute to continuous process optimization

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or experience in a production environment (preferably as a chemical technician or similar)
• Proficiency in German (minimum level B1)
• Readiness to work in shifts (e.g., 2-shift model)
• Reliable, diligent, and goal-oriented working style
• Ability to work effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications
