About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain ISO presses and drybag presses
  • Manufacture press cores and molds according to technical specifications
  • Read and implement technical drawings
  • Determine and calculate optimal press molds
  • Fill and empty pressing systems
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, tool mechanic, or comparable qualification
  • Technical understanding of machines and industrial systems
  • German language proficiency (minimum B1/B2 level)
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Precise, reliable, and careful working style
  • Ability to work effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous professional experience in industrial production
  • Experience as a machine operator
  • Valid forklift license
