Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Execute assembly, machining, and quality checks for automotive components including radiators, condensers, and HVAC modules
• Prioritize a safe workplace by following all safety instructions, alarms, and standardized work procedures
• Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and inventory management activities
• Operate tools, machinery, and mobile equipment such as tuggers to move materials within the plant
• Adapt to frequent job duty changes and fast-paced manufacturing demands
• Read and comprehend written work instructions to ensure precision and quality

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Flexible shift availability required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to lift or carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Proficiency in listening to and following safety and work instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive manufacturing
• Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Experience identifying and reporting quality defects
• Experience operating mobile equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or industrial vehicles
