Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and/or mechanical operations to adjust, assemble, and configure guitars or amplifiers
• Execute repairs and perform inspections before final acceptance and processing
• Maintain safety and personnel organization
• Meet standard cycle times for sanding, polishing, painting, or assembly according to the specific operation
• Ensure quality requirements are met at the workstation

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor, including handling, transporting, and lifting various materials
• Basic knowledge of correct manual power tool usage
• Ability to read and interpret visual aids and work instructions
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
• Commitment to safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in manufacturing (maquiladora), carpentry, or construction
• Ability to play the guitar
