Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor blown film and converting machines to produce high-quality extrusion films
• Manage materials by checking, preparing, and providing all necessary raw materials and production aids
• Perform production-related quality checks and document all production and quality data in SAP
• Conduct mechanical work, operate auxiliary systems, and troubleshoot technical malfunctions
• Support maintenance and repair work on the machine park

Requirements

• Technical training (e.g., Process Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, or Mechatronics) is preferred but not mandatory
• Motivated career changers with a strong technical understanding are welcome to apply
• Experience in operating production plants is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is essential
• Strong quality awareness and proficiency with IT systems (SAP knowledge is a plus)
• Reliability, a hands-on mentality, and a team-oriented approach
• Availability to work in a shift system
