About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate various machinery for the production of paper machine coverings
- Perform assembly and finishing tasks according to manufacturing documentation
- Execute manual quality assurance tasks to ensure product standards
- Handle goods transport and machine setup/tooling tasks
Requirements
- Completed vocational training
- Strong technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Proficiency in the German language
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Reliability, initiative, and ability to work in a team
