Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Perform production assembly tasks using hand tools, small power tools, and special equipment to create complete units or subassemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering specifications, drawings, and shop orders to ensure conformance to standards.
• Maintain high safety standards by following Job Safety Analysis (JSA) protocols, using proper PPE, and adhering to 5S principles.
• Conduct quality checks and first article inspections to detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions.
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet production goals and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all health and environmental policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, communicate, and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and engineering drawings, in English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and frequently lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled, noisy, and dusty industrial environment.
• Capacity to perform repetitive motions and stand or walk for long periods on concrete surfaces.
• Flexibility to work overtime or move between shifts as needed to support production.
