Production & Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom procedure trays by identifying medical components and following specific assembly instructions.
• Visually inspect components for defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Perform packaging duties, including sealing packages to proper specifications and using sealing machines.
• Handle material movement, including loading components onto conveyors and using lift trucks, order pickers, or pallet jacks.
• Manage inventory using the First-In First-Out (FIFO) concept and accurately record lot numbers and expiration dates.
• Verify pick tickets and update status within the ERP system to ensure production accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following all safety and security procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO policies.
• Ability to meet productivity standards and work in a timely manner.
• Compliance with workplace dress code policies (no jewelry, piercings, nail polish, or specific clothing types).
