Production/Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Assemble, finish, label, package, receive, pick, and prepare products according to detailed order instructions
• Maintain consistent quality standards and production rates across multiple work centers
• Use basic hand tools, sewing equipment, handheld technology, and inventory systems
• Operate and troubleshoot digital machinery such as printers, lasers, routers, or embroidery machines in advanced roles
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines to ensure a productive work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
• Ability to participate in team lifts of up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand or walk for the entire shift
• Strong attention to detail and basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to kneel, bend, turn, and climb ladders or stairs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
