Production Unit Technical Agent

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and validate necessary information for execution
• Oversee production according to schedule, product availability, and delivery equipment while maintaining quality standards
• Issue delivery notes and generate end-of-day activity reports
• Welcome and advise customers on products and pricing in coordination with the sales team
• Handle customer complaints related to daily deliveries
• Manage and validate the supply and storage of raw materials
• Ensure compliance with all hygiene, safety, and environmental rules and instructions

Requirements

• Low Voltage electrical certification (Habilitation électrique Basse Tension)
• Proven experience in the industrial or construction sector
• Proficiency in IT tools
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and versatility
• Excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external communication

Preferred Qualifications

• CACES certification
