Production Unit Technical Agent

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and validate necessary information for execution
• Oversee production according to schedule, ensuring product availability and delivery equipment compliance
• Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
• Issue delivery notes and generate end-of-day activity reports
• Welcome customers, provide product and pricing information, and handle delivery-related complaints
• Manage and validate the supply and storage of raw materials
• Adhere to and enforce all hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Electrical certification (Basse Tension)
• Previous experience in the industrial or construction sector
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Knowledge of different concrete types and manufacturing processes
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and versatility
• Good interpersonal skills for internal and external communication

Preferred Qualifications

• CACES certification
