Production Trainer

Responsibilities

• Audit "On-Job-Training" for new associates and manage department training records.
• Assist with onboarding and new hire training activities.
• Schedule and deliver production-specific training programs.
• Manage the On-Job Trainer program within the department.
• Support shift managers and team leaders in communicating updates across all shifts.
• Audit production processes to ensure compliance and revise process documents to IMS standards.
• Utilize the Learning Management System (MLP) to assign, track, and store training records.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of training content and programs.
• Report and communicate training progress and related activities to leadership.

Requirements

• Proficient use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work any shift.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes or the ability to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of training concepts and experience leading or training others.
