About the role
Responsibilities
- Collect information from the production process to standardize operations
- Monitor and review stock levels of consumables used in the plant
- Support weekly attendance control for workers, including overtime, bonuses, and surcharges
- Manage production indicators through creation, updating, and tracking
- Coordinate weighing, crushing, and grinding activities for production units
- Coordinate the delivery of production samples from various shifts to the laboratory
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering
- Approximately 1 year of experience in industrial production, construction, cement, or hydrocarbons
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of continuous improvement, time reduction, production cycles, and reporting indicators
