About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the shipping and receiving of prototypes and samples
- Act as a liaison with the marketing team for press and showroom needs
- Control shipping samples for measurements and compliance
- Prepare support materials and update the PLM database during buying sessions
- Follow up with suppliers regarding deadlines and pricing
- Collect and track supplier documentation, including certificates and audits
- Centralize product CSR data and follow up with partners for missing information
Requirements
- Currently a student in a business, fashion, or engineering school
- Highly organized, rigorous, and reactive
- Strong interest in production processes and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work effectively within a team
