Production Test Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Apply established principles and procedures to manufacture and test client products in a time-sensitive environment.
• Develop test specifications, methods, and procedures using blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies and final systems, performing rework as necessary.
• Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
• Assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.

Requirements

• Must be a US Person.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform frequent standing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical-related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar production or testing role.
• Previous experience with the calibration and troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies and circuits.
