About the role
Responsibilities
- Follow all 5S standards and job safety practices including food safety and PPE
- Operate, adjust, and repair high-speed production equipment
- Assist with performing preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
- Inspect aluminium for proper quality standards and customer specifications
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the production team
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a mechanical job-related field
- Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to work a rotating swing shift (12.25 hour days, 3 days on/3 days off)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of work experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
