Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair bikes efficiently with a focus on speed, accuracy, and quality
• Perform bike builds and pre-assemblies according to Trek standards
• Lead the service area, ensuring high standards of organization and cleanliness
• Complete more than 50% of total shop service work and provide technical support for complex repairs
• Deliver hospitality by helping customers understand service options and timelines
• Maintain Trek University Guide Status through ongoing training and certification
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to support overall shop operations and daily tasks

• High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

• Ability to take ownership and lead by example in a workshop environment
