Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform complex bicycle repairs quickly and consistently while maintaining high quality and accuracy
• Complete more than 50% of the total repairs for the service team
• Act as a Lead Technician, handling the most technical and difficult service tasks
• Utilize industry-leading tools to ensure flawless bike performance
• Maintain a high level of production and efficiency

Requirements

• Elevated technical skills in bicycle mechanics and repair
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a love for tinkering
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-focused mentality

Preferred Qualifications

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and advanced service methods
• Experience in a high-volume production or service environment
