Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform complex bicycle repairs quickly and consistently while maintaining high quality and accuracy
• Act as a Lead Technician, completing more than 50% of the total repairs for the team
• Handle the most complex technical repairs trusted to the service department
• Utilize industry-leading tools to ensure flawless bicycle performance
• Maintain a high level of production and efficiency

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for technical tinkering
• A self-motivated, team-focused mentality and a willingness to assist with various tasks
