Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Review design documentation to ensure product manufacturability
• Develop, update, and quality-assure assembly instructions and production documentation
• Support production and improve work processes and flows
• Monitor and quality-assure manufacturing processes
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the industrialization of new solutions

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a production technician or designer within manufacturing industry
• Experience working closely with both design and production
• Experience working with design documentation and ensuring manufacturability
• Familiarity with working against requirements and quality standards
• Proficiency in production systems and general software
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English
• Swedish citizenship (required for security-cleared assignments)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from the aerospace industry or other high-tech manufacturing environments
• Experience with CAD tools
• Knowledge of electrical systems
• Experience with ERP systems such as IFS
