Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete production build tasks with high regard for quality control
• Perform unit configuration, testing, quality audits, and final inspections
• Monitor quality control discrepancies and identify defects
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and software startup issues
• Perform mechanical assembly and electrical wiring of terminal blocks
• Conduct regular quality checks and document production data
• Report quality issues to appropriate personnel

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of 12v & 24v DC electrical systems
• Proficiency with construction tools, hand tools, and power tools
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to solder circuit boards and crimp/terminate wires
• Ability to read circuit schematics, flow charts, and diagrams
• Ability to replace pumps, electric motors, plumbing fixtures, and solar panels
• Ability to operate a forklift safely
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Production and quality-related training
• Competence with forklift operation
