Production Technician (TE)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware glitches, component malformations, and assembly alignment errors on the production floor
• Perform rigorous PCB-level fault diagnosis to locate defective integrated circuits, trace failures, or solder anomalies
• Execute daily operational tasks under technical direction from the international engineering team to maintain system compliance
• Collaborate with assembly operators to adjust equipment configurations, minimize line downtime, and optimize tool efficiencies
• Maintain meticulous logs of hardware defects, recurring failures, and resolution workflows for process improvement reporting

Requirements

• Associate Degree (D3) in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Deep understanding of electronics architecture and circuit diagnosis practices
• Proficiency with multimeters and oscilloscopes
• Proven track record in hardware troubleshooting and interpreting technical block diagrams
• Ability to work fully on-site at the facility in Batam, Indonesia

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience troubleshooting server motherboards, computing enterprise units, or high-density storage arrays
• Understanding of automated testing setups or automated optical inspection (AOI) parameters
