Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure processes are compliant with FDA regulations
• Perform equipment set up and operations tasks in a cGMP manufacturing area
• Identify and prevent deviations and assist in root cause analysis
• Complete quality documents like Batch Production Records (BPRs) and logbooks accurately
• Prepare work areas for subsequent shifts to maintain efficiency
• Model and uphold HSEEn standards and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 0-6 months of experience
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for an average of 8 hours per shift
• Ability to work twelve-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6 months of experience in a cGMP or pharmaceutical environment
