Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform production activities in accordance with volume fluctuations and business needs
• Support production units by ensuring all required materials are available and provided in a timely manner
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately in compliance with cGMP standards
• Identify and report production issues, safety concerns, or near misses to the leadership team
• Prepare assigned areas for oncoming shifts and maintain lab and equipment through pre and post-run setup
• Participate in safety meetings, walkthroughs, and deviation investigations to ensure product quality
• Input data into SAP, including work orders and reagent orders, as required
• Assist in writing and investigating incidents, CAPAs, and change controls under supervision

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ years of manufacturing experience
• OR an Associate's degree (or equivalent technical certificate) with 0-6 months of manufacturing experience
• Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills
• Ability to work a rotating 3rd shift schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience using Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to control industrial processes
• Strong comprehension, retention, and troubleshooting skills
